Limiting search space given URL

I am scraping reviews for healthcare facilities in South Africa. My URL's have the following form: https://www.google.com/maps/search/Rolweni Clinic/@28.81228,-30.55937. I want to limit the scraper to only the first business that appears when the URL is searched. Currently, I am also getting reviews from business in other countries. I assume they also appear when the URL is searched. This is costing me unnecessarily since I have to remove this data afterwards anyways. Is there a way to limit the search space? Note: I have tried the Google Maps Scraper but this one seems to work better for getting the review text. Thank you in advance.
Hey, I alreday checked once and it was doing the same on the web at that point but now it is not, so most likely it should be fixed by google here, but I would still recommend to do the URL without spaces (you have a space between Rolweni and Clinic. Add either "+" there, or "%20", the same the web pages behaves. I am going to close the issue now but feel free to reopen if you need anything else.
