What you get by default. Club name, department, address, GPS and the public club sheet. Email is taken from the club sheet when published. On a nationwide export (~881 unique clubs), every exported row has an email. About 45% have a formatted phone. About 31% have a website. Contact name and activity labels are not on the public finder. This Actor never invents a mailbox.

When to go nationwide. Use All departments on a paid plan with maxItems: 0. Allow a long timeout: the public finder returns at most 10 clubs per search, so the Actor walks postcodes then opens each club sheet.

How to use

1. Open the Actor in Apify Console.
2. Pick one or more departments, a region (Île-de-France, PACA, AURA), or All departments.
3. Leave Only rows with email or phone on for a CRM Try. Keep Max clubs at 20 for a first run (Free plan is always 20 per run). Set 0 on a paid plan for a full export.
4. Click Start. Rows appear in the Dataset as club sheets are opened.

Saved Console tasks (Paris Try, Rhône CRM, Île-de-France, nationwide) ship with the Actor for one-click presets.

The finder caps each search at 10 clubs. Unique clubs after a full postcode walk are fewer than the federation’s ~1,200–1,400 affiliated associations: that is the public tool, not a filter in this Actor.

How it works

1. Resolves the selected departments to postcodes used by the public club finder.
2. Searches each postcode (the site returns at most 10 clubs per query) and deduplicates clubs.
3. Opens each public club sheet for the published mailbox and website.
4. Formats French phones as XX XX XX XX XX and writes each row as soon as it is complete.

How much does it cost to scrape FSCF clubs?

HTTP-only — no browser. You pay pay-per-event on the Store: $0.00749 per exported club plus a negligible run start. Same list prices as the other France federation club Actors on this Store.

Is scraping FSCF free?

Apify Free plan users get 20 clubs per run. Paid plans follow PPE and your max charge. Compute is cheap because this Actor does not launch a browser.

Is it legal to scrape FSCF?

This Actor only accesses data that FSCF makes publicly available in its club finder on fscf.asso.fr. As with any data containing personal information, ensure your use complies with GDPR and relevant regulations.
