US Commercial Building Permits & Contractor Leads (Pay-Per-Event / MCP)
Newly issued commercial building permits from three official open-data portals, each with the contractor doing the work.
| City | Source | How commercial permits are selected |
|---|---|---|
| Austin, TX | data.austintexas.gov (3syk-w9eu) | permit class = Commercial, with a contractor company |
| New York City, NY | NYC DOB Permit Issuance (ipu4-2q9a) | non-residential jobs with a licensed permittee (owner-permittees excluded) |
| Chicago, IL | data.cityofchicago.org (ydr8-5enu) | residential occupancies (R-1 to R-5) and house jobs dropped; contractor contacts only |
Output fields
city, permit_id, issue_date, permit_type, work_class, description, project_value_usd, site_address, contractor_company, contractor_contact_name, contractor_trade (trade or license), contractor_phone, contractor_address. Chicago also returns all_contractors.
Homeowners and property owners are never returned. The data comes from public government open-data portals; check each portal's terms before reuse.
