How to use it (2 steps)

1. Put one lead per line in the Leads box:

   • A name and a website (Jane Doe, acme.com) means find the email.
   • An email on its own (jane@acme.com) means check the email.

2. Press Start. When it is done, download your results as CSV, Excel, or JSON.

What you get

One clean row per lead, with these columns:

• Name
• Company
• Company domain
• Email
• Status, one of:
  • verified: the email is real and takes mail.
  • invalid: the email does not exist.
  • catch_all: the company takes mail at any address, so no tool can be sure about this one. (free)
  • unknown: the mail server would not give a clear answer. (free)

• To find an email, a row needs a name and a domain.

Questions

How accurate is it? Every email is checked live against the company mail server when you run it, not pulled from an old saved list.

What does "verified" mean? The mail server confirmed the email is real and takes mail.

What is a catch-all? Some companies accept mail at any address. That means no tool can be sure a single email there is real. We mark these as catch_all and do not charge you for them.

Do I pay for emails you cannot find? No. You pay only for a verified email. Misses cost nothing.

Can I check my own list of emails? Yes. Paste the emails, or upload a CSV with an email column.

Does it work with my CRM, Make, Zapier, or n8n? Yes. Run it from the Apify API or connect it with Apify's integrations. Export as CSV, Excel, or JSON.

Do I need an account or API key? No. Paste your leads and press Start.
