I can see the notices in the library but in or in the report for this URL

Please generate the search URL in incognito window. The urls you've used don't give any results when opening in incognito window or when not logged in to facebook

I don't get it. When I use these URL in not incongnito

I get these result screen :

With ads since Nov 22.

The same URL in incognito don't get anything.

My client is "Constructora Marval", I can get ads from his competitors but not from hismself using the URL in no incognito. What can i do? On incognito, is seems no to exist "Constructora Marval" in Face but they have ads right now.

When i get in my facebook sesion in incognito mode i can get de data but the UEL is the same.

But the URL is the same in incognito than in normal mode
