employmentType field not available with cookies

Looks as though the employmentType field isn't accessible on the output with cookies? I'm seeing this on my runs and on the provided example in the README.md.
Am I missing something or is this actually the case?
If so, is it possible to make it accessible on cookie responses too?

There simply isn't an employmentType field in the results that come back when using cookies.
