I did my last run a few days ago. I noticed that today, a whole bunch of columns were showing up. I tried changing the settings and although there was a change in number of columns, there were still way too many.

You select only required column on export page options by selecting required fileds and also by omitting fields that are not required.
But will consider your request and remove fields that are not useful

I noticed this happens only with runs with cookies. I get that we only select the required columns, but there are multiple duplicates even if I select only a few columns. I'm talking about hundreds of columns.
I got it they must be due nested fields in json converted into csv columns
