Hi there. I used my $5 free trial on one request of your scraping tool, but unfortunately it didn't produce a result. Maybe my search terms were to long or something. but I got no explanation and no result. Please can you have a look at this for me. Would love to try your service but unfortunately it didn't work. I don't notice any problems on my end, and several users seem to be using the scraper normally today. Regarding the refund of your free credits, you need to contact Apify.
