You pay for the reviews you get: one review is one result. Platform usage is included, and the exact price per 1,000 reviews for your Apify plan is on the Pricing tab. Apify's free plan includes monthly credits, enough to try the Actor on several companies.

Filters work in your favour: collecting only 1 and 2-star reviews, or only the reviews since yesterday, means fewer results and a smaller bill. To cap your spending, set Maximum reviews per company in the input, or a maximum cost per run in the run options. The Actor stops cleanly when the limit is reached.

How many Trustpilot reviews can I get?

As many as the company has. Set Maximum reviews per company to the number you want, or 0 for all of them. Trustpilot only shows about the first 200 reviews to visitors who are not logged in, and this Actor reads past that.

How do I get only the new Trustpilot reviews?

Fill Only reviews since with a date or a duration such as 1 day, and schedule the Actor. It reads the newest reviews first and stops at the first older one, so each run is short and cheap.

Can I search by company name?

Yes, use Company names. If a name matches several companies, raise Matches per company name. For an exact result, use the domain or the Trustpilot link.

Does it work with country sites such as trustpilot.fr or trustpilot.co.uk?

Yes. Links from any Trustpilot country site are accepted, and the reviews are returned in all languages unless you choose one.

Why did I get fewer reviews than I asked for?

Either the company has fewer reviews, or your filters are narrow (for example one language plus verified only). The run message tells you how many reviews were found.

Why did a company return nothing?

Check the domain or the link, because Trustpilot uses the domain as written on the company page (for example www.apple.com). If you used a name, try the domain instead.

Are the dates in one format?

Yes. publishedAt, experiencedAt, replyPublishedAt and scrapedAt are ISO 8601 dates in UTC.

How fast is it?

A few seconds for a few hundred Trustpilot reviews, and about 25 seconds for 1,500. Several companies are read in parallel. See the timings table above.

Can I scrape the same company every day?

Yes. Use a schedule with Only reviews since set to 1 day.

Is it legal to scrape Trustpilot?

The Actor only collects reviews and company information that anyone can see on Trustpilot.
