Hello, we are investigating this issue
It is highly unlikely that such a case is true. I can only verify runs performed using this actor, as I have no control over others. Are you using any of our other actors?
The first error clearly indicates an issue with the proxy: "Error while scraping - retry with new proxy." We have released another version that automatically retries up to three times, similar to what we do for other providers.
As for the second issue, a tweak in the rate limit system has been released, so you shouldn't encounter that problem anymore.
