Maybe last week it asked for pay for usage payment not rental because it is rented from today on Oct 3rd only. So there is no chance you have been asked for rent before this date. But it could be verification dont know please connect with apify team.
If still this is not solve please share your last payment document as rental usgage and will try my best to solve this issue.

Hi jordanrusselsj, if user is not paying user, as per Apify documentation, then it doesnt work. User must be paying user. And you said it is scam so can you please share the proof that you are a paying user? If you are paid user, please try with creat new task.
