over time, I have added and removed different listing URLs to the actor, and now the results returned don't correspond to the URL that is currently there. results are being returned for URLs that were there in the past, but have since been deleted.

Can you please elaborate "now the results returned don't correspond to the URL that is currently there" ? Do you mean results are there in rightmove but actor is not scraping them in dataset ? There are chances that you are using actor in monitoring mode, it will scrape only newly found listing compared to previous scrapes. If that's the case and you want all properties instead of just new listings, please turn this INPUT ON : "If checked, it will perform full scrape including all pagination pages. You might want to turn this off in case you are running in monitoring mode."
