This actor is now in PPE price model. That means it can't deduct monthly charge automatically from your account unless you allow it.
Right now, you have allowed actor to charge maximum 20 USD to you only. Actor is trying to chage you monthly subscription of 45 USD. It's not able to charge you and hence it's stopped.
While you start the run, under "Run Options" section, please increase this limit in "Maximum cost per run" field. It will charge you monthly subscription and continue running as normal.
Please note that you are running this actor on 1GB memory. This actor is highly optimize and it can run on 256MB. Running on more memory might cause more billing as it burns the quota faster.
Also, keep full property details and schools enabled only if you are using it. Keeping them on unnecessory also burns the monthly quota faster.

Hi, thanks I have changed the limit to $45 and it has started, does this mean that each time I run the actor it will charge my account $45? currently each scrape we do is approximately 7500 properties do you have any idea what this would cost?
i have reduced the memory down to 256mb but I need the full property details including sold history which is automatically processed by our application here which matches previous sold prices and epc data

No, it will not charge 45 USD on each run. It will charge 45 USD only once a month. e.g. today it charged you. So, it will not charge any monthly subscription until 21 July 2025.
With new PPE you will not be paying any actor usage charge even until that time. So, if you make run scraping after this run, you can see runs are charging you absolutely 0.
Obviously, it can't be unlimited with 0 charge. So there is fair cap applied which is 100K monthly properties. As long as you are scraping with 100K properties per month, there won't be additional charge. Beyond that it will still not stop working but you will be paying 1 USD per additional 1K properties after that.

Ok, thanks for your quick reply. I scrape about 7k properties per week so I should be within the limits.
