How to use it

1. Open the dataset you want on its portal (e.g. data.cityofchicago.org).
2. Copy the portal host into Socrata domain and the dataset's 4x4 ID into Dataset ID (you'll find it on the dataset's API tab, e.g. ydr8-5enu).
3. Optionally add a filter (e.g. only records after a date) or pick specific columns.
4. Run it and download.
