thanks a lot for reporting this!

There is a problem with the OpenAI API key that you are using. You are most likely using a free one or you've already reached your maximum quota.

This is the error returned by OpenAI: OpenaiAPIError: 429 You exceeded your current quota, please check your plan and billing details. For more information on this error, read the docs: https://platform.openai.com/docs/guides/error-codes/api-errors.
