Email finder by EmailListVerify

How does it work?

This actor will help you find email addresses for your leads.

This actor works in 3 steps:

• Step 1: Look for email based on first name, last name, and domain name
• Step 2: If no email was found in 1st stage, look for generic email adress like contact@domainName.
• Step 3: If no email was found in the 2nd stage, look for an email address with the root you provided.

In step 2 EmailListVerify will check the following emails:

• info@domainName
• support@domainName
• contact@domainName
• hello@domainName
• hi@domainName
• admin@domainName
• hr@domainName
• marketing@domainName
• feedback@domainName
• careers@domainName
• media@domainName
• press@domainName
• legal@domainName
• ceo@domainName
• pr@domainName

If you want to check other partners like sales@ or supplier@ simply add those patterns to the list of email root input. The email root should be listed without the "@". For example, "sales" will check the email like sales@domainName.

The workflow will stop as soon as it finds a valid email address for your lead.

How to use

This automation has 2 compulsory input:

• A Google Sheet with your list of leads. The sheet need to have header "firstName", "lastName" & "domain" as written in this template
• EmailListVerify API key that you can get here

Optionally you can add specific email root you wish to check in step 3.

The EmailListVerify credits consumption depends on how far the workflow needs to run to find emails:

• Step 1: consume 5 credits
