Thank you very much for reaching out, and letting us know about your problem. Unfortunately, BBB introduced a very tough protection system in where our actor is not capable of penetrate currently. The actor is under maintenance, and we will let you know once the problem has been resolved.

Thanks for the very fast reply. Just to have an idea, is this just the normal added protections that then new builds quickly overcome, or is there the possibility of it being discontinued?
