I would like to clarify an observation regarding the variability in the number of tweets users are able to send. Twitter imposes certain limits that differ among users. While some users are allowed up to 99 tweets, others are restricted to 20 or even fewer.
These limitations are entirely determined by Twitter's policies and how they enforce limits on individual accounts. Unfortunately, this is not a parameter we have any control over or can influence on our end.

Not clear what you mean by "tweets users are able to send"???? The account searched, @NFL posts many tweets. And if you are using the GET statuses/user_timeline twitter API endpoint, there is no such limit on number of tweets. And the returnable tweets are paginateable. Documentation linked below. Wnat API endpoint does this actor use?
