This Actor is self-contained. It fetches public Etsy shop pages directly with lightweight HTTP and Playwright retries. If Etsy blocks the main page, it falls back to the shop's public RSS feed for recent listing IDs, titles, prices, images, and publication times. In RSS mode, unavailable shop totals such as lifetime sales and reviews are returned as null, never guessed.
