Apple App Store Reviews Scraper (Multi-Country)

Get iOS App Store reviews for any app — from many countries in one run — as clean rows: star rating, title, full text, app version, date, author and helpful votes. Also returns app details and the official average rating / rating count per country.

Input can be an App Store ID, an App Store URL or just the app name.

Scrape App Store reviews from many countries

Each country has its own App Store storefront with its own reviews, so a US run does not include UK or German reviews. Pass a list of two-letter country codes (us, gb, de, fr, jp, ...) or "all" to cover the 40 largest App Store markets, and the actor fetches every app in every country and returns them in a single dataset. Each row carries the country so you can filter or group by market.

• apps — App Store IDs (284882215 or id284882215), App Store URLs, or app names (the top search match is used, so prefer an ID or URL for exact results).
• countries — two-letter codes, default ["us"]. Use "all" for the 40 largest markets.
• sortBy — mostRecent (default) or mostHelpful.
• maxReviewsPerCountry — 1 to 500 per app, country and sort order (default 500).
• minRating / maxRating — star filters, 1 to 5.
• sinceDate — ISO date; older reviews are skipped (works best with most recent sorting).

App details and average rating per country

The key-value store record APP_SUMMARY holds, per app and country: name, developer, bundle ID, genre, price, current version and release date, average rating, rating count (also for the current version), content rating, minimum OS version, and how many reviews were returned and scanned, plus the rating distribution of the returned reviews. The average rating and rating count are Apple's own figures for that storefront, not calculated from the reviews you download.

Pricing

$0.0001 per review ($0.10 per 1,000 reviews). You're only charged for reviews that pass your filters. No subscription. Examples: 1,000 reviews = $0.10, 10,000 reviews = $1.00, and a full 500-review pull of one app in 10 countries (5,000 reviews) = $0.50.

Limits & notes

• Data comes from Apple's public customer-review feed and iTunes Lookup/Search API. Apple exposes at most 500 reviews per app, per country, per sort order (10 pages × 50). To get more history, run with both sort orders and more countries, or schedule the actor daily/weekly with sinceDate to build your own archive.
• Reviews are per storefront: a US run doesn't include UK reviews.
• Only iOS App Store reviews are covered, not Google Play or Mac-only listings.
• Reviews are returned in the language they were written in; there is no translation.
• Apple's endpoints rate-limit bursts, so the actor retries and paces requests; very large multi-country runs take longer.

How do I download App Store reviews for an app? Enter the App Store ID, URL or name in apps, choose countries, and run. You get one row per review with rating, title, text, version, date and author.

How many App Store reviews can I get per app? Apple's public feed exposes up to 500 per app, country and sort order. Add countries, use both sort orders, or schedule regular runs with sinceDate to collect more over time.
