Get Airbnb listing details and prices from room URLs or ids, no login: title, type, beds, baths, guests, coordinates, rating and 6 sub-ratings, host, every amenity, house rules, photos. Add dates for availability, total, nightly rate and fee breakdown. One section missing never fails a listing.
Versions follow MAJOR.MINOR.PATCH (src/version.py); Apify shows MAJOR.MINOR from .actor/actor.json.
Every run logs its version and records it in the RUN_STATS key-value record.
0.1.0 (2026-11-04)
First release.
Airbnb listings by link or id (any Airbnb country domain; startUrls read too): title, property and room type,
bedrooms, beds, bathrooms, guests, description, location and coordinates, rating with six category ratings, host
card, amenities (grouped, plus not included), sleeping arrangements, house rules, safety notes, every photo.
With check-in and check-out dates (from the input, or from a pasted link): availability with Airbnb's reason,
total before taxes, per-night price, nightly rate, the price breakdown lines, instant book, the cancellation note.
Each field is read on its own: a section Airbnb changes becomes null and is named in missing; a failed price
lookup keeps the listing.
Charged per listing returned, through Apify's standard apify-default-dataset-item event, tiered by plan.
Removed listings, search links, other non-listing lines, refused requests and duplicates are free.
"Max results per run" input (maxItems read too), and the maximum cost per run is honoured: once either is
covered, listings not yet fetched are skipped (listed as queriesSkipped in RUN_STATS).
Source and terms, as checked on 2026-11-04 (ACTOR-CHECKLIST section 6): the listing page /rooms/<id> and the
booking-box call /api/v3/StaysPdpSections are what Airbnb's own web app loads for any logged-out visitor, and
robots.txt (https://www.airbnb.com/robots.txt , * group) allows both; it disallows search (/s/*/*), reviews and
photo sub-pages, which this actor never reads. Airbnb's Terms of Service §11.1
(https://www.airbnb.com/help/article/2908 , read 2026-11-04) bar bots and scrapers: a recorded risk, accepted by
Michael on 2026-11-04 for markets established Store actors already serve (COMPETITORS.md). Logged out only, our
honest User-Agent, 4 listings in flight at most, bot checks reported and never worked around, takedown on request.
