An unofficial, single-page wrapper around the official 어린이놀이시설 OpenAPI 15124519, linked to standard dataset 15139210. No third-party scraping or private facility/person data. No API key needed: the Actor uses its approved key by default; bring your own approved data.go.kr key optionally to use your own quota.

Run

Run without entering a key. Optionally enter your own approved key in the secret serviceKey Console field; never paste it into examples or logs. Working example:

The Actor makes at most one GET to https://apis.data.go.kr/1741000/pfc3/getPfctInfo3, with its approved secret key or your optional override, pageIndex and recordCountPerPage; optional pfctNm and instlPlaceCd are forwarded. Defaults: first page, 1 record; bounds: 1–200 records, page 1–1000. Our approved development quota is shared by no-key users; quota exhaustion fails explicitly. No redirects or automatic retries. A 20-second request timeout applies. Encoded or decoded keys are accepted and encoded once. The fixed endpoint is the only external destination; keys, request URLs and raw source payloads are not logged or written to the dataset.

Output

Each row includes id (pfctSn), name (pfctNm), numeric longitude and latitude or null, installationDate (instlYmd, YYYY-MM-DD) or null, roadAddress (ronaAddr), operationStatus (operYnCdNm), installationPlace (instlPlaceCdNm) and officialSource (the public catalog URL above). Missing address/status/place values are null. Extra source fields, contacts and personal information are discarded. Malformed/out-of-range coordinates and invalid dates become null; missing identifiers or names and malformed envelopes fail explicitly. Duplicate facility IDs are removed within the one returned page. No geocoding or verification of actual physical location is performed.

Important coordinate correction: the official Swagger labels lotCrtsVl as “latitude” and latCrtsVl as “longitude”, but the observed example is lotCrtsVl: 127.1520936 and latCrtsVl: 37.4730248. The former is longitude and the latter latitude. This Actor maps the observed values accordingly rather than copying those erroneous labels.

The dataset exports as JSON/CSV/Excel. SUMMARY records the page index, source catalog URL, count of emitted records and accepted charge events, never a credential.

Source, rights and limitations

The linked standard dataset's DCAT metadata says “이용허락범위 제한 없음”; the API detail says free automatic approval. These statements concern this linked source, not every data.go.kr API. Attribution is preserved in every row. This Actor is not a government service or endorsed by any agency. Source records may lag, contain incorrect facility coordinates/dates, or change schema; this is not a safety inspection, live operating status, navigation or legal confirmation. API quotas and key approvals are determined by the portal.

Pricing

Pay-per-event records-100 is USD $0.10 per started block of 100 emitted records: 1–100 records = one event, 101–200 = two, zero = none. The source API itself is free. Accepted event counts are not settled customer payments.

Run npm test, npm run typecheck, npm run typecheck:tests, npm run build, and apify validate-schema locally. Tests use a synthetic key and local HTTP server; they cannot prove live API approval or data freshness.
