App details for both stores in one schema: rating, number of ratings, histogram and
installs (Google Play), price, genre, content rating, version, release/update dates,
descriptions, release notes, icon.
Mixed Google Play / App Store URLs or ids, keyword search in one or both stores,
multiple countries and languages, sort (newest / relevance / rating), star-rating range,
reviewsSince date or period, per-app and total caps.
Pay-per-event: review and app; 256 MB default memory.
