Make is a visual, no-code automation platform that connects Apify to 3,000+ apps through drag-and-drop scenarios.

Automate Apify Actors inside Make

Make (formerly Integromat) lets you build automated workflows - called scenarios - on a visual canvas, without writing code. With the official Apify app, you can run Actors, watch for finished runs, and route scraped data into any of the 3,000+ apps Make connects to: CRMs, spreadsheets, databases, AI tools, and messaging apps.

No API wrappers to maintain, no glue scripts. You map your Actor's output to the destination fields once, and the scenario runs on its own from there.

What you can do

  • Run Actors and tasks from a scenario. Trigger any Actor or saved task on demand, with input you configure in Make or pass from an earlier module.
  • Watch for finished runs. Start a scenario the moment a selected Actor or task run completes, using an instant webhook trigger - no polling.
  • Retrieve dataset items. Pull the structured results of a run and feed them, row by row, into spreadsheets, databases, or business apps.
  • Scrape a single URL. Return a page's content as text, Markdown, and HTML in one step - ideal for feeding large language model flows.
  • Make any Apify API call. Send an arbitrary authorized request to the Apify API for advanced cases the standard modules don't cover.

Use cases

Lead generation into your CRM. Run Google Maps Scraper or a LinkedIn-focused Actor on a schedule, then have Make map each result into HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive with fields already aligned. No CSV exports, no manual imports.

Competitive price monitoring. Run E-commerce Scraping Tool on a recurring schedule and push all results to Google Sheets or Airtable. Add a filter so a Slack alert fires only when a competitor drops below your price point.

AI content pipelines. Feed scraping results straight into ChatGPT, Claude, or another AI module to summarize articles, analyze reviews, or extract key points, then store the output wherever your team works.

Social media monitoring. Track posts and engagement across Instagram, TikTok, and Reddit with the relevant Actors, and have Make forward the data to your analytics stack or send real-time alerts to marketing.

Job market intelligence. Scrape new job postings and route them into a recruitment tracker or team channel, filtered by role, location, or company, before the data lands.

How it works

  1. Connect your Apify account. Add the Apify app to a scenario and authorize it. OAuth is the recommended method; you can also paste an Apify API token from Apify Console under Settings > API & Integrations.
  2. Pick a trigger or action. Choose Watch Actor Runs to start the scenario when scraping finishes, or use Run an Actor to kick off a job in response to another app's event.
  3. Map your data. Add the Get Dataset Items module to pull the run's output, then map those fields to your destination app on Make's visual canvas.
  4. Turn it on. The scenario runs automatically from that point. Use a synchronous run when an Actor finishes quickly, or the asynchronous trigger method for longer runs that would exceed Make's plan-based timeout.

Available triggers and actions
