TX Disabled Veteran (DV) HUB Vendors (tx-hub-certified)

The Texas Comptroller HUB directory - vendors certified under the Historically Underutilized Business program - returned with their certification status, eligibility group, county, NIGP class and business flags.

This actor is the HUB-specific counterpart to the broader vendor directory: same program, narrower question.

Read this before you filter

This file is now a Disabled Veteran (DV) directory, and only that. Measured directly against the live hub_name.csv (2026-09-24): 1,538 rows total, 1,524 of them certified (status=A), and the eligibility group is DV on 100% of rows. The woman-/minority-owned groups (WO/HI/BL/AS/AI) are effectively gone from the current file - there are 14 non-certified rows in total, not a large historical tail.

So a filter for eligibility=WO returns zero rows - which is correct, and is the source's state, not a defect in this actor. The directory shrank substantially from its historical size; treat this as a current DV vendor list.
