How to look up Amazon seller info

Where do I find a Seller ID?

It's the string after seller= on a seller profile page or a product's "Sold by" link (amazon.com/sp?seller=A294P4X9EWVXLJ), or after me= in a storefront URL. You don't have to extract it: paste the whole seller page or storefront URL and the Actor reads the ID and the marketplace from it. Product and category URLs aren't supported yet.

How much will it cost?

Pay-per-event: you pay per seller found, plus a $0.00005 start fee per run. No monthly fee; failed and not-found lookups aren't billed.

• Until November 6, 2026: $1.35–$1.45 per 1,000 sellers, depending on your Apify plan. A 500-seller lead list costs about $0.70.
• From November 7, 2026 (with the new email, VAT and phone fields): $2.00–$2.50 per 1,000 sellers. A 500-seller lead list costs about $1.25 on the Free plan, $1.00 on Gold and above.

Which marketplaces are supported? amazon.com, .co.uk, .de, .fr, .it, .es, .ca, .com.mx, .com.br, .co.jp, .com.au, .in, .nl, .se, .pl, .com.be, .ie, .com.tr, .ae, .sa, .sg and .eg. Field labels on seller pages are localized; the Actor reads them on every marketplace. amazon.fr currently challenges most automated lookups, so French lookups often fail for now; failed lookups aren't billed.

Can I get Amazon seller emails? Yes, for sellers on EU marketplaces (amazon.de, .it, .es, .nl and others), where Amazon displays the seller's legal notice with an email address; the Actor returns it in email. amazon.com and amazon.co.uk usually don't show seller emails.

Can I get a seller's VAT number? Yes, in vatNumber, whenever the seller publishes one (UK and EU sellers). The trade-register number is in tradeRegisterNumber.

What if a Seller ID doesn't exist? Amazon redirects unknown or closed sellers to a help page; the Actor reports them as "not found" in the run status and the OUTPUT record, and doesn't bill for them.

Is this an alternative to Amazon's Seller API? Yes — no Selling Partner API application, no approval wait. Paste Seller IDs, get JSON.

Is it legal to scrape Amazon seller pages? This Actor extracts only publicly available business information that Amazon displays on public seller storefronts — no private account data.
