Amazon Seller Scraper | Seller Emails, Phones, VAT and Ratings (2026)

1 keyword. 15 Amazon Seller sellers. 35 fields per seller.

From SilentFlow. Creators of Pinterest Scraper (#1 for β€œpinterest pins scraper” in Apify Store search) and Leboncoin Scraper Ppe, with 230,000+ combined lifetime runs.

Turn any Amazon keyword, product or best-seller list into a contact list of the third-party sellers behind it: legal business name, VAT and trade register numbers, phone, email, address and how buyers rated them over 30 days, 90 days, 12 months and lifetime. 15 sellers from one keyword in 39 seconds on amazon.de, every one of them with an email and a phone number, no Amazon account needed.

Why choose this actor?

Opening Amazon offer panels one by one to find out who actually sells a product? Copying seller profiles into a spreadsheet, then searching the web for their phone number? Running a seller scraper that wants a seller link you do not have yet?

  • 35 filled fields per seller, where the most used Amazon seller scraper shows 20. On the prefilled run (keyword phone case, amazon.de, 15 sellers, measured on 24 Sep 2026), 35 of the 39 fields of a row carry a value on at least half of the rows: the legal businessName and businessType, registrationNumber, vatNumber, phone, email, businessAddress, postalCode, countryCode, the seller's own aboutSeller text, the rating and ratings count over four periods (30 days, 90 days, 12 months, lifetime), the share of positive and negative ratings, the 1 to 5 star breakdown, whether Amazon ships the seller's offers (hasFbaOffer) and the products each seller was found through. All 15 sellers came back with an email, a phone number and a VAT number.
  • Keywords, Amazon links and ids in the same run. Type a product keyword, paste seller profiles, storefronts, product pages or best-seller lists, or list seller ids (A18EE9GVRFMIY1) and ASINs (B0CTCD7CS5) as they are. Three kinds of input run together with no mode to pick, where the most used Amazon seller scraper takes keywords and links. A single run mixing a seller link, a product link, a best-seller list, a seller id and an ASIN returned 15 sellers in our test.
  • A form of 7 fields, none of them required. The most used Amazon seller scraper asks for 9, with separate caps per query and per product. Here the keyword is prefilled: press Start and the first 15 sellers of phone case come back, each with an email in our test. One cap, maxItems, is shared fairly across everything you enter.

Try Amazon Seller Scraper

Try your first seller list

Paste this input into the Input tab (JSON view) and press Start. It is the prefilled input of the form: the first 15 third-party sellers behind the products amazon.de shows for "phone case".

{
"keywords": ["phone case"],
"marketplace": "de",
"maxItems": 15,
"includeStorefront": false
}

Runs of this size fit easily in the Apify Free plan, so you can try the actor on your own niche before scheduling anything. Each seller is one row of the dataset; export it as JSON, CSV, Excel or HTML from the Storage tab, or read it from the API. The Sellers view shows name, business name, country, email, phone, rating and a link to the profile at a glance; the Business details and Ratings over time views show the rest.

You have access to the Amazon Seller Scraper on Apify: silentflow/amazon-seller-scraper
It returns one row per Amazon third-party seller and marketplace, from public Amazon pages. No Amazon account.
Input (all optional; with nothing at all the run searches "phone case" on amazon.de):
- keywords (array of strings): product searches on the marketplace, e.g. ["phone case", "yoga mat"].
The actor opens the offers of each product found and reads the sellers behind them.
- startUrls (array of {"url": string}): Amazon links. Seller profile https://www.amazon.de/sp?seller=A18EE9GVRFMIY1,
storefront https://www.amazon.de/s?me=A18EE9GVRFMIY1, product https://www.amazon.de/dp/B0CTCD7CS5 (every seller
of the product), search, best-seller or category page (the sellers of its products). The store in the link wins.
- ids (array of strings): seller ids ("A18EE9GVRFMIY1") or ASINs ("B0CTCD7CS5"), read on the marketplace below.
- marketplace (string, default "de"): de, com, co.uk, fr, it, es, nl, pl, se, com.be, ca, com.mx, com.br, com.au,
co.jp, in, sg, ae, sa, com.tr.
- maxItems (integer, default 50): total sellers delivered, shared fairly across keywords, links and ids.
- sellerCountry (string, optional): keep only sellers whose business address is in this ISO country, e.g. "DE".
- includeStorefront (boolean, default false): also read each seller's storefront for productCount and departments.
Output per row (39 fields, null when Amazon shows no value):
- Identity: id (seller id), url (profile, permanent), name, marketplace, storefrontUrl, logoUrl
- Business details (EU impressum, US INFORM Act): isBusinessSeller, businessName, businessType, registrationNumber,
vatNumber, phone (international format when published with a country code), email, businessAddress,
postalCode, countryCode (ISO), customerServiceAddress, aboutSeller
- Ratings: rating, ratingCount, positivePercent, negativePercent, ratingBreakdown {"1".."5": percent}
(last 12 months, as Amazon's headline), rating30d, ratingCount30d, positivePercent30d, rating90d, ratingCount90d,
positivePercent90d, ratingLifetime, ratingCountLifetime, positivePercentLifetime
- Storefront (includeStorefront only): productCount, departments[]
- Meta: hasFbaOffer (Amazon ships at least one of its offers found), sourceAsins[] (products it was found through),
foundBy (keyword | product | seller | listing), query (the input that led to it), scrapedAt (RFC 3339 UTC)
European stores publish email, phone, VAT and register number; amazon.com publishes business name and address.
Use apify-client for Python or JavaScript: client.actor("silentflow/amazon-seller-scraper").call(run_input={...}).

How to scrape Amazon seller data

Three inputs, from the simplest to a combined run. Each one runs as is.

Build a seller list from a product keyword

One keyword on one store. The actor walks the search results page after page, opens the offers of every product and returns each third-party seller once, with the products it was found through in sourceAsins.

{
"keywords": ["yoga mat"],
"marketplace": "de",
"maxItems": 50
}

One results page brought 16 sellers for "phone case" on amazon.de in our tests. The search goes deeper until your maximum is reached.

Find every seller of one product

An ASIN in the ids field, or a product link, reads the full offer list of that product: the buy box seller and every other merchant in the list. Useful for brand owners who want to know who resells their products.

{
"ids": ["B0CTCD7CS5"],
"marketplace": "de"
}

Keep only German companies from a best-seller list

Paste a best-seller, category or search link and keep only the sellers registered in one country. The store in the link is used, whatever the marketplace field says.

{
"startUrls": [
{ "url": "https://www.amazon.de/gp/bestsellers/computers/" }
],
"sellerCountry": "DE",
"includeStorefront": true,
"maxItems": 30
}

In our test run, 5 of the 11 sellers read from the computers best-seller list were based in Germany, printer ink and office supply shops listing from 1,551 to 6,466 products each.

Accepted formats

  • Seller profile: https://www.amazon.de/sp?seller=A18EE9GVRFMIY1, also the older /gp/aag/main?seller= and /gp/help/seller/at-a-glance.html?seller= links.
  • Storefront: https://www.amazon.de/s?me=A18EE9GVRFMIY1, with or without marketplaceID.
  • Product: https://www.amazon.de/dp/B0CTCD7CS5, /gp/product/B0CTCD7CS5, and the long product links with a title before /dp/.
  • Listing: a search (/s?k=yoga+mat with any filters you set on Amazon), a best-seller, new release or movers list (/gp/bestsellers/..., /zgbs/...), or a category page (/b?node=340852031).
  • Seller id: the 12 to 14 characters after seller=, starting with A.
  • ASIN: the 10 characters after /dp/ in any product link.
  • Links can be typed without https:// and pasted from any of the 20 supported stores; a link pasted in the ids field is read as a link. Short amzn.eu and amzn.to links are not read: open them once in a browser and paste the full link.

What data can you extract from Amazon?

One row per seller and marketplace, 39 fields, grouped the way you read them:

  • Identity (6): id (the seller id, stable), url (the public profile, permanent), name (the store name buyers see), marketplace, storefrontUrl, logoUrl.
  • Business details (12): isBusinessSeller, businessName (the legal name), businessType (as Amazon states it, such as "Privately-owned business"), registrationNumber (trade register or company number), vatNumber, phone, email, businessAddress, postalCode, countryCode, customerServiceAddress and aboutSeller, the seller's own presentation text, often a full legal notice with managing directors and register court.
  • Ratings (14): rating, ratingCount, positivePercent and negativePercent for the last 12 months, the figures Amazon puts at the top of the profile; ratingBreakdown, the share of 5, 4, 3, 2 and 1 star ratings over 12 months; and the same average, count and positive share for the last 30 days, the last 90 days and the seller's whole lifetime.
  • Storefront (2, on request): productCount, the number of products the storefront lists, and departments.
  • Meta (5): hasFbaOffer, sourceAsins, foundBy, query, scrapedAt.

A few facts that help you use the data:

  • id and url never change for a seller. logoUrl points to Amazon's image server and stays valid as long as the seller keeps that logo.
  • European stores publish each business seller's legal notice, so email, phone, vatNumber and registrationNumber are filled for nearly every row there: 15 of 15 emails and phones, 15 of 15 VAT numbers and 14 of 15 register numbers on the prefilled amazon.de run. amazon.com publishes the business name and address only.
  • Phone numbers published with a country code are written the way CRMs expect (+8613612878053); others are kept as the seller wrote them.
  • Percentages are whole numbers from 0 to 100, computed from Amazon's own rating counts exactly like the "x% positive" line of the profile. A period without ratings has a count of 0 and null averages.
  • scrapedAt is an RFC 3339 UTC timestamp.

Advanced usage

Prospect German sellers across several niches

Several keywords share one cap, so each niche gets its part of the list. The country filter keeps only companies registered in Germany, the ones a German agency can call and invoice.

{
"keywords": ["trinkflasche", "lunchbox", "yoga matte"],
"marketplace": "de",
"sellerCountry": "DE",
"maxItems": 150
}

Most sellers of a mass-market keyword are based abroad, so a country filter reads many more products to fill the list: 66 sellers were read to keep 10 Italian ones for "borraccia termica" on amazon.it, in about three minutes.

Map every reseller of your products

List your own ASINs and get every merchant offering them, with their legal identity and how long they have kept a good rating. A good start for brand protection and distribution audits.

{
"ids": ["B0CTCD7CS5", "B0B375ZY12"],
"marketplace": "de",
"maxItems": 100
}

Watch a set of sellers' ratings every week

Schedule a run on the seller ids you follow (Schedules tab, weekly). Comparing rating30d with rating and ratingLifetime shows who is slipping before the 12-month average moves.

{
"ids": ["A18EE9GVRFMIY1", "ANPMVOZDRIH7A", "A3GX1RCD4Z9H04"],
"marketplace": "de"
}

Size up the sellers of a niche

Turn on the storefront option to add how many products each seller lists: a quick way to separate a brand's official shop from a reseller with thousands of references. In our test, every one of the 15 rows got its product count.

{
"keywords": ["coffee grinder"],
"marketplace": "de",
"includeStorefront": true,
"maxItems": 40
}

Read one seller on several European stores

A seller keeps the same id across Amazon's European stores. Paste its profile on each store to compare ratings country by country, or to get the VAT number it uses in each one.

{
"startUrls": [
{ "url": "https://www.amazon.de/sp?seller=ANPMVOZDRIH7A" },
{ "url": "https://www.amazon.it/sp?seller=ANPMVOZDRIH7A" },
{ "url": "https://www.amazon.es/sp?seller=ANPMVOZDRIH7A" },
{ "url": "https://www.amazon.nl/sp?seller=ANPMVOZDRIH7A" }
]
}

To send the rows to your team's tools, connect the run to Google Sheets, Slack, Make, Zapier or a webhook from the Integrations tab, or read the dataset from the Apify API in JSON, CSV or Excel.

FAQ

What does this actor extract from Amazon? One row per third-party seller: the store name and profile link, the legal business name and type, trade register number, VAT number, phone, email, business address with postal and country code, customer service address, the seller's presentation text, and ratings over 30 days, 90 days, 12 months and lifetime with the share of positive and negative ratings. With the storefront option, the number of products the seller lists and its departments.

Which marketplaces give emails and phone numbers? The European stores (amazon.de, .fr, .it, .es, .nl, .pl, .se, .com.be) publish each business seller's legal notice: email, phone, VAT number, register number and address are filled for nearly every seller there (all 15 sellers of our amazon.de test run, all 10 of our amazon.it one). amazon.com publishes the business name and address; other stores publish what their own rules require.

Which ways can I find sellers? Three, in one run: product keywords, Amazon links (seller profiles, storefronts, product pages, search, best-seller and category pages) and ids (seller ids and ASINs). Mix them freely; a seller reached twice is delivered once.

Do I need an Amazon account or a seller account? No. The actor reads public Amazon pages, the same profiles any shopper can open without signing in. There is no login, no key and nothing to configure.

How many sellers can I get? There is no fixed limit: set maxItems to what you need. A keyword is followed for up to 20 result pages, and a product's offer list for up to 10 pages. Add more keywords or links to go wider; a seller found twice is delivered once.

Are Amazon's own offers included? No. Offers sold by Amazon itself, including Amazon's returns and warehouse offers, are skipped: every row is a third-party seller.

Why do some rows have no business name or no email? The seller did not publish it. Most sellers on European stores publish the full notice, but some publish only a VAT number, a phone and an email. On amazon.com the profile shows no email. The field is then null, never an empty string.

What does hasFbaOffer mean? It is true when Amazon ships at least one of the seller's offers found in the run (Fulfilled by Amazon), false when the seller ships everything itself. It is null for sellers read directly by id or profile link, since no offer was looked at.

How fresh is the data? Live. Every run reads Amazon at run time: ratings, counts and contact details are those of the moment the run happens, nothing is cached. Schedule the actor weekly to follow ratings over time.

Why does a seller id return no row? The seller closed its account, or the id belongs to another region: an id from amazon.com is not a seller on amazon.de. The run summary counts these ids. European stores share seller ids with each other.

What is Amazon's legal notice (impressum)? EU consumer law requires every business selling online to name itself: company name, address, register and VAT numbers and a way to contact it. Amazon shows it on each seller's profile under "Detailed Seller Information". This actor reads that box on every seller it finds.

Is it legal to contact these sellers? The details are those sellers are required to publish, but how you use them is up to you: B2B outreach in Europe must follow GDPR and national rules on unsolicited messages. See the Legal compliance section below.
