Large numeric IDs returned incorrectly (possible precision loss)
Closed
Hi team,
We’ve encountered an issue. It appears the scraper is returning truncated user IDs for Twitter accounts created recently (they switched to longer IDs probably around 2020).
Expected: 1447179996892651529
Received: 1447179996892651500
It looks like the number is getting rounded or truncated somewhere. This usually happens when really big numbers (like 64-bit IDs) are treated as regular numbers instead of bigints or strings.
Would it be possible to return these IDs as strings to avoid precision issues?
Also, I apologize for not creating an issue in the first place. As I'm new to the platform, I didn't notice the Issues section, so I duplicated it in Reviews. Unfortunately, I'm now unable to delete it.

Thank you for getting in touch. We're very glad that you could point out such detailed and specific issues and provide us with examples. It's because of your feedback that this act will become better.
Our engineers will look into it, and it will take some time.
Best regards.

We added a new field "id_str".
Thanks for feedback .
Have a good day.
