PropertyPro Property Extractor pulls property listings from propertypro.ng search results and hands them back as clean JSON, CSV or Excel. Paste a search URL for Lagos, Abuja, Port Harcourt or anywhere else on the site, and you get price, address, bedrooms, bathrooms, agent name and phone, photos and listing dates for every property.
It works with houses, flats, land and commercial property, for sale, for rent or short let. If you can filter it on propertypro.ng, you can extract it.
Every value comes straight from the listing cards on the search page. Nothing is guessed or filled in. If the site doesn't show something for a listing, that field is null.
What you can use it for
- Tracking asking prices and rents across Lagos, Abuja and other Nigerian cities
- Building a lead list of active agents and agencies, with phone numbers
- Feeding a property portal, price alert bot or investment dashboard
- Seeing how often listings get refreshed and how long they stay up
- Comparing areas like Lekki, Ikoyi, Ajah or Gwarinpa by price per bedroom
How to use it
- Go to propertypro.ng and run a search. Pick a state or area, choose buy or rent, and set any filters you want (property type, bedrooms, price range).
- Copy the URL from your browser's address bar.
- Paste it into Start URLs. You can add as many search URLs as you like.
- Set Max items per URL and press Start.
The actor goes through the result pages for you and stops once it hits your limit or runs out of listings. A listing that shows up under more than one search is only saved once.
Input
| Field | Type | Default | What it does |
|---|---|---|---|
startUrls | array | required | propertypro.ng search results URLs |
maxItemsPerUrl | integer | 20 | Listings to save per start URL (max 1000) |
requestTimeoutSecs | integer | 60 | Per-request timeout in seconds |
Example input
{"startUrls": ["https://propertypro.ng/property-for-sale/in/lagos/?search=Lagos","https://propertypro.ng/property-for-rent/flat-apartment/in/abuja"],"maxItemsPerUrl": 50}
Output
Each listing is one record. Here's a real one from a Lagos search (photo list shortened):
{"propertyId": "8PRDK","listingId": "1889208","url": "https://propertypro.ng/property/4-bedroom-house-for-sale-lekki-phase-1-lekki-lagos-8PRDK","propertyTitle": "4 Bedroom Terrace Duplex With Bq","propertyType": "House","listingType": "For Sale","address": "Lekki Phase 1 Lekki Lagos","price": 350000000,"priceText": "₦ 350,000,000","currency": "NGN","pricePeriod": null,"bedrooms": 4,"bathrooms": 4,"highlights": ["Only on PropertyPro"],"listingTier": "Sponsored","listingLabel": "Must See","photoCount": 19,"imageUrl": "https://images.propertypro.ng/large/4-bedroom-terrace-duplex-w6CZ9N8nXmYCzoTnKZg0.jpeg","imageUrls": ["https://images.propertypro.ng/large/4-bedroom-terrace-duplex-w6CZ9N8nXmYCzoTnKZg0.jpeg","https://images.propertypro.ng/large/4-bedroom-terrace-duplex-LGTwrbqgxejN9q3nYcXr.jpeg"],"agentName": "BETHIROS REAL","agentUrl": "https://propertypro.ng/agent/beth-iros","agentLogoUrl": "https://images.propertypro.ng/logo/ngmCNt3ci9iPxN2BGY7i.jpeg","agentPhone": null,"dateAdded": "2026-05-30","dateUpdated": "2026-09-24","searchUrl": "https://propertypro.ng/property-for-sale/in/lagos/?search=Lagos","scrapedAt": "2026-09-27T10:50:43.879843+00:00","error": null}
And a rental, so you can see the rent period:
{"propertyTitle": "Neatly Built 3 Bedroom Block Of Flat","propertyType": "Flat / Apartment","listingType": "For Rent","price": 7000000,"priceText": "₦ 7,000,000/year","pricePeriod": "year","bedrooms": 3,"agentPhone": "07066916920","dateAdded": "2026-09-14"}
Output fields
| Field | Notes |
|---|---|
propertyId | The PID shown on PropertyPro, e.g. 8PRDK |
listingId | Numeric id the site uses internally for the listing |
url | Link to the listing page |
propertyTitle, propertyType, listingType | Headline, category (House, Flat / Apartment, Land...) and For Sale / For Rent / Short Let |
address | Location line from the card, e.g. Lekki Phase 1 Lekki Lagos |
price, priceText, currency, pricePeriod | Price in naira as a number, the raw text, and the rent period (year, month, day) |
bedrooms, bathrooms | Room counts as shown on the card |
highlights | Tags on the card such as C Of O, Swimming Pool or Newly Built |

imageUrl, imageUrls, photoCount | Main photo, the photo URLs in the card slider, and the total photo count |

dateAdded, dateUpdated | When it went up and when it was last refreshed |
searchUrl, scrapedAt, error | Which start URL found it, when it was saved, and any error |
Land usually has no bedroom or bathroom counts, so those stay null. Some agents hide their phone number on search cards, and in that case agentPhone is null too.
Tips
- Each results page holds about 20 listings. Set
maxItemsPerUrlto 100 to pull five pages. - Split big cities into areas (Lekki, Ikoyi, Ajah) if you want thousands of listings. Each search URL gets its own limit.
- Keep
priceTextif you need to see exactly what the site showed, like/yearor/dayon rentals and short lets. - Schedule the actor daily and compare
propertyIdvalues to spot new and removed listings.
FAQ
Can I scrape rentals and short lets? Yes. Any propertypro.ng search results URL works, including for rent, short let and land.
Why do some records have no phone number?
Some agents choose not to show their number on the search card. The actor only returns what's on the page, so those come back as null.
Is this legal? The actor only reads public search pages that anyone can open in a browser. You're responsible for how you use the data, so check the site's terms and any local rules on personal data, especially agent phone numbers.
Something broke or a field is missing? Open an issue on the actor's Issues tab with the search URL you used, and I'll take a look.
