Data source and licence
Decisions come from the Judilibre API of the Cour de cassation, published as open data under the Licence Ouverte 2.0 (Etalab) through the PISTE government portal. Decisions are pseudonymised by the Cour de cassation before publication. This Actor does not modify their content, and every record carries its source, court, formation, seat, decision date and last update date, as the reuse terms require.
Reuse terms you must respect (Cour de cassation open data terms): do not alter the decisions or distort their meaning, always credit the Cour de cassation open data base with the last update date, and never use the data to evaluate, compare or predict the professional practices of identified judges or court clerks (forbidden by article L. 111-13 of the French Code de l'organisation judiciaire).
