Crawling error (DID NOT STOP)

I attempted to stop a crawl, and assumed it was complete...however, I came back to my computer with an unkown error and 35 dollars of usage charged to my account. I am happy to delete the scrape, but do not wish ot be charged as this led to thousands of useless data points. I was expecting 3-400 but got 4.5k instead, again most of which were entirely unsuable.

Not only that, but almost NONE of the hotels had emails associated...this was an absolute waste of money.

The issues with email quality extend back to the previous scrape as well...serious issues with the Extractor.

Could you please explain this more? Did you hit the abort/gracefully abort button? it should abort the run after couple of seconds. Did the unknown error shop up in the console UI?

I see that not every item in the dataset has a website, therefore actor couldn't scrape it's email. You can use Scrape only places with a website option in 🎯 Filters and precise search to scrape only places with a website - places without a website will be discarded.

Do you have an example of a place(s) where it does have an email on it's website but the actor failed to scrape it? If you could send us some examples it would help us with the investigation. Thanks
