Resseructing doenst work

Hi,
I tried to resseruct my run, but for some reason it doest go true requests, but no extra profiles gets scraped.
What am i doing wrong here?

same here. I have no limit for results and my resurrect only worked a few times but since 1 hour i dont get any new leads scraped regardless of how often i resurrect the same run.
New run would work I guess, but of course I need to resurrect for avoiding duplicates
Hey! I think the cause of this is that you have set your maximum results to 2.3k, and you have already passed that limit.

ok so it seems the maximum results are pre-written (even if you leave the field blank in input) dependant of your payment model. For example I startet a run with another account in free usage and aborted it. Then I upgraded my account and resurrect the run, but still I can only scrape <500 with this run. There is no option unfortunately to extend the maximum results for that run, even though I obviously have a lot of credit capacity left.
Hi, as you say, unfortunately, you are not able to increase the maximum results.
This is a feature that we are waiting for, but in the meantime, we will increase it manually for you.
I will let you know when it's done.

So the only way to solve this is to rerun the whole scrape and pay again for the whole scrape?

Hi, you do not have to rerun the whole scrape; we just need to increase the max paid results according to your remaining credits, and then you will be able to resurrect it with no problems.
Apologies for taking so long, but we are waiting for the internal team to increase it; I am trying to get it done as soon as possible.

Yes the scraper does resseruct and start running. But the thing is, it doesnt scrape more leads.
