I cant see ownerResponse/publishedDate or ownerResponse/text in outputs anymore, is it possible to get these fields back?

Hi Kapiche, I've just performed a test run and was able to locate both of these columns in the dataset. Would you perhaps share a run ID/link where you experienced this? Thanks!

The ownerResponse is actually an object consisting of a list. In your dataset the ownerRespons is a null, so basically you cannot see the list, but if there would be data you could see the ownerResponse.text and ownerResponse.publishedDate as in the screenshot below.

Ok so i would have to split these fields out myself if i wanted to use them?

No need to do so. The fields are already divided (again attaching a screenshot of the dataset in Excel for your reference), so you can start working with them right away.

wait, so i cant see the data if its null?, could you still split out those fields even if its null and make them empty?

Hi Cam, sorry for taking longer to react. Would you please elaborate on why would you like to do that? We haven't received such a question/request before so it would be helpful to understand it a bit more.

Hi

I needed to to scrape only poor and terrible comments. For instance, for a hotel customer service, I’d like to analyze bad comments and see what are main issues experienced by visitors.

If ı get all reviews for one hotel, sometimes it hits 15000 reviews or more, it is really big data and costs too much. So because of your app doesn’t have filtering option ı had to look for another solutions.

That is why I send this request. Thanks for your feedback.
