results mismatch between loopnet and agent

Please advise. The URL and Agent should have generally the same results for the same area. Thank you.

We did some testing and found the loopnet link does not always paste into a browser to form the custom area. Our team doesn't understand the inconsistency. for example: https://www.loopnet.com/search/retail-space/for-lease/?sk=a844787e77a4c761605e1a42608bcc62 This works in my Chrome but not another user's Chrome. The results are 366 for me and 500+ for others.
When we paste the URL into different browsers the drawn polygon will often revert to a default URL without the custom drawn area. Any insight as to why?
Should your agent be able to collect more than 500 listings at a time? Please confirm this is an Loopnet limitation.

hey Ross, check if you have any filters applied? Yes, loopnet has limitation of 500, I have some ways how to bypass that limit if you are interested?
