🚀 LoopNet Listings Scraper: Commercial Real Estate Listings and Data
Export LoopNet commercial real estate listings from any search results page as clean JSON, CSV or Excel. The LoopNet Listings Scraper returns each property's name and address, asking price, property type, building size or acreage, listing brokers and their firms, auction end dates, photo and listing URL. Use it to collect commercial real estate data for market research, deal sourcing and broker leads, or as a simple alternative to a LoopNet API.
🎯 Use Cases
- Commercial real estate listings export: turn a LoopNet search for office, industrial, retail, land or multifamily properties into a spreadsheet you can sort and filter.
- Commercial property for sale monitoring: run the same searches every day and spot new listings, price changes and listings that disappear.
- LoopNet auction tracking: see which properties go to auction and when bidding ends, from the
validThroughfield. - Commercial real estate leads: build a list of listing brokers and their brokerage firms for each market you work in.
- Asking-price research: compare asking prices, property types and sizes across cities and states before you make an offer or set a price.
✨ Features
- Prices and rents as numbers: asking
pricein USD withminPrice/maxPricefor price ranges, and for lease listings the askingrent(maxRentfor ranges) with its unit, such asSF/YR, ready for math in a spreadsheet. - Property type and size: the LoopNet property type (Office, Industrial, Land, Flex, Multifamily…) and the building size in SF or lot size in acres, also as numbers in
sizeValue/sizeMaxValuewithsizeUnit. - Brokers and firms: every listing broker shown on the card, with their brokerage firm.
- Auction end dates: auction listings carry the date and time bidding closes.
- Address split into parts: city, state and ZIP code in separate fields.
- Any LoopNet search URL: paste the search exactly as you set it up on LoopNet, with all your filters, one URL per line.
- Fair billing: you pay only for listings saved to your dataset. A search that returns nothing costs nothing.
🛠️ How It Works
- Search on LoopNet with the location, property type and filters you want, then copy the URL of the results page.
- Paste one or more search URLs into Search URLs.
- Run the scraper and download the listings as JSON, CSV or Excel, or pull them through the Apify API.
⚙️ Input
| Field | What it does |
|---|---|
| Search URLs | LoopNet search results page URLs, one per line. Each URL returns the listings on that page. Required. |
{"searchUrls": ["https://www.loopnet.com/search/commercial-real-estate/ca/for-sale/?sk=e9fe261cd0d1e7818d3b97e3a0ad7fc1&e=u","https://www.loopnet.com/search/commercial-real-estate/tx/for-sale/?sk=1ff2e71097507fb8dc56538d9837600c&e=u"]}
Each search URL returns the listings on that one results page, usually about 40.
💰 Pricing
Pay only for the listings you get. No monthly rental.
| Event | Price | What you get |
|---|---|---|
| Listing | $0.002 per listing ($2.00 per 1,000) | One LoopNet listing with all fields below |

📊 Sample Output Data
{"name": "Carlsbad Research Center - 2292 Faraday Ave, Carlsbad, CA 92008","position": 3,"url": "https://www.loopnet.com/Listing/2292-Faraday-Ave-Carlsbad-CA/39461884/","image": "https://images1.loopnet.com/i2/h7g6JJUJkebpNTkb7DPvivsKpaeRWveRdmzFjQ9GwZA/117/image.jpg","description": "18,848 SF Flex Building offered at $5,900,000 at a 8.13% Cap Rate in Carlsbad, CA 92008","price": 5900000,"minPrice": null,"maxPrice": null,"rent": null,"maxRent": null,"rentUnit": null,"currency": "USD","offeredBy": [{"name": "Vic Felekian, CCIM","organization": "VFCRE INC"}],"validThrough": null,"additionalType": "Flex","additionalProperty": {"name": "Size","value": "18,848 SF","unitText": "SF"},"spatialCoverage": {"name": "2292 Faraday Ave, Carlsbad, CA 92008","address": {"addressLocality": "Carlsbad","addressRegion": "CA","postalCode": "92008"}},"sizeValue": 18848,"sizeMaxValue": null,"sizeUnit": "SF"}
position is the listing's place on its LoopNet results page (1, 2, 3… in card order, so it restarts on each search URL). For a price range such as "$487,500 - $3,586,450", price and minPrice hold the low end and maxPrice the high end. Lease listings carry the asking rent in rent (low end), maxRent (high end of a range) and rentUnit (for example SF/YR or /MO), with price left null. additionalType is the property type and additionalProperty the building or lot size as LoopNet shows it; sizeValue, sizeMaxValue (high end of a range such as "780 - 5,869 SF") and sizeUnit (SF or AC) hold the same size as numbers. A listing that appears on more than one of your search pages is saved and charged once. validThrough is set on auction listings and holds the auction end time; auction rows usually have no price and no brokers, because LoopNet shows a bid instead.
🔁 Schedule and Integrate
To track the commercial property market, run it once a day with the same search URLs: every run is a dated snapshot, and comparing them shows new listings, price cuts and properties that left the market. Set it up in Apify Schedules. Send the results to Google Sheets, Zapier, Make, n8n or a webhook with Apify integrations, so new listings land where your team already works.
🤖 Use with AI Agents (MCP)
This Actor works as a tool in Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor and other MCP clients through the Apify MCP server (https://mcp.apify.com). An agent can call it with:
{ "searchUrls": ["https://www.loopnet.com/search/commercial-real-estate/tx/for-sale/?sk=1ff2e71097507fb8dc56538d9837600c&e=u"] }
❓ LoopNet Data FAQ
Does LoopNet have an official API? LoopNet does not offer a public API for its listings; its data is available to users on the website and through paid products from its owner, CoStar. This Actor needs no key, account or approval and returns the public listing data any visitor sees on a LoopNet search page, as structured fields you can load into a spreadsheet or database.
Do I need a LoopNet account? No. The Actor reads public search pages only.
How many listings do I get per search URL? The listings on that one results page, usually about 40. To get more, add more search URLs: narrow the search by city, property type or price, so each page holds the listings you care about.
Why is the price or broker empty for some listings? Many sellers don't publish an asking price on LoopNet, so price is null then. Auction listings show a bid instead of an asking price and usually no broker. minPrice and maxPrice are filled only when LoopNet shows a price range (on auctions minPrice is the minimum bid when LoopNet publishes one), and postalCode only when the card shows a ZIP code.
Does it work for LoopNet for-lease listings? Yes. Paste a for-lease search URL, such as office space for lease in a city. Lease listings are saved with the same fields; the asking rent is in rent and maxRent with its unit in rentUnit (for example SF/YR), and the available space in sizeValue/sizeMaxValue.
How do I track commercial real estate listings over time? Schedule this Actor daily with the same search URLs and keep each run's dataset, or append them to a Google Sheet. Matching rows by url shows which listings are new, which changed price, and which were removed.
What are alternatives to LoopNet for commercial property listings? Crexi is the other large US marketplace for commercial property for sale and lease, and LandWatch covers land. You can scrape both with the related Actors below and combine the results with LoopNet.
