Reads public SaaS pricing and changelog pages into plans, prices and release notes, then reports what changed since the last run. Not a sitemap diff. Obeys robots.txt. JavaScript-only tables are flagged, not guessed.
The quick start leaves Only changed pages off. A repeat of the prefilled pages returns each page with status unchanged and the plans or changelog entries that were read, and no change row, even when the saved baseline already matches. Turn the field on, or omit it, and an unchanged page still writes no dataset row. Explicit onlyChanged: true is unchanged.
A run without pay-per-event pricing still writes the page and change rows. The run stops early only when the platform reports that the spending limit was reached. A zero charge amount on its own does not drop those rows.
