How it works

1. Fetches the official BOE daily summary via the BOE Open Data API
2. Filters the Section V-A (Contratacion del Sector Publico) entries
3. Optionally enriches each announcement with the full XML document (type, CPV codes, amounts, deadlines)
4. Returns structured JSON ready for download or integration

The BOE publishes Monday through Friday. Weekend dates are automatically skipped.
