Auctionet Scraper - Auctionet auction lot scraper showing current bid, estimate and reserve status

What does Auctionet Scraper do?

Auctionet Scraper reads Auctionet lot pages and returns the current leading bid, the estimate, how many bids have been placed, whether the reserve price has been met, the auction end time, location, description and image. Give it exact lot URLs, or a keyword (such as an artist, maker or object type) to automatically discover matching lots from Auctionet's own catalog.

Why use Auctionet Scraper?

  • Covers Auctionet, a major Nordic online auction house for art, antiques, design and collectibles.
  • Returns live bidding data - current bid, bid count and reserve status - not just a listing price.
  • Works without needing to find lot URLs yourself - discover by keyword.
  • Includes auction end time so you can track lots closing soon.
  • No account or API key.

What makes this different

Most auction scrapers only return a listing price. This Actor reads Auctionet's own live bidding data, so you get the actual current bid, how many bids have been placed, and whether the reserve has been met - the numbers that matter for tracking a live auction.

Who can use the Auctionet Scraper and how?

  • Collectors and bidders: Track specific lots or categories as auctions approach their end time.
  • Price researchers: Study estimate-vs-hammer patterns for art, antiques and collectibles.
  • Resellers and dealers: Discover lots by keyword to spot underpriced items before they close.
  • Market aggregators: Pull Auctionet's catalog into a multi-auction-house comparison feed.

How it works

Auctionet Scraper workflow: your input, collection, output

  1. Your input — add exact lot URLs, or a keyword to discover lots by, plus a max results count
  2. The Actor collects it — the Actor reads each lot page's live bidding data directly, or finds matching lots first via Auctionet's own catalog
  3. Your output — you get one row per lot, with current bid, estimate and reserve status

What data can you extract?

}

Scrape exact lot URLs

{
"lotUrls": [

Tips for Best Results

  • Use a specific keyword (artist name, maker, object type) for faster, more targeted discovery.
  • Provide exact lot URLs directly when you already know them - it's faster than discovery.
  • Default is 5 results for a fast test. Set the max to 0 to return everything available.

Known Limitations

  • Keyword discovery matches against the lot URL slug, not the full lot description.
  • Currency shown reflects the viewer's display currency; originalCurrency is the auction's actual currency.

Integrations

Run it from the Apify API, on a schedule, or from a webhook. Send results straight to Google Sheets, Make, Zapier, Slack or your own database with Apify's built-in integrations.

Export Formats

Download the dataset as JSON, CSV, Excel, XML, HTML table or RSS from the Output tab or the API.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does it need an Auctionet account?

No. The Actor reads Auctionet's public lot pages and needs no account or key.

How does keyword discovery work?

It searches Auctionet's own sitemap for lot URLs containing your keyword (e.g. an artist name or object type like "porslin") and scrapes the matches.

Is currentBid the winning bid once the auction ends?

Once hammered is true, currentBid reflects the final bid; while ongoing, it's the current leading bid, not a guaranteed sale.

Do I need an account or login?

No. The Actor reads public data and needs no account or key.

Am I charged for failed runs or empty results?

You are only charged for results that are actually written to the dataset.

Can I run it on a schedule?

Yes. Create a Task with your input and add a schedule in Apify Console. With monitor mode on, each scheduled run returns only what changed since the previous one.
