What does K-BID Scraper do?
K-BID Scraper reads K-BID.com item pages and returns the title, current bid, retail price (when listed), lot number, category, location and time remaining for each item. Give it exact item URLs, or leave them empty to automatically discover items currently up for auction.
Why use K-BID Scraper?
- Covers K-BID, a US auction aggregator hosting estate sales, surplus and liquidation auctions from many independent sellers.
- Returns the original retail price alongside the current bid when the listing states it, so you can gauge the discount.
- Includes location, useful for filtering to a specific region for pickup-only items.
- Works without needing to find item URLs yourself - discovers current items automatically.
- No account or API key.
What makes this different
Most auction scrapers return only a bid amount. This Actor also captures the listed retail price when the seller states it, letting you quickly estimate the discount on every current bid.
Who can use the K-BID Scraper and how?
- Resellers and flippers: Track underpriced liquidation and surplus items for resale.
- Bargain hunters: Filter by category and location to find deals near you.
- Price researchers: Study how far current bids sit below stated retail price across categories.
- Market aggregators: Pull K-BID's catalog into a multi-auction-house comparison feed.
How it works

- Your input — add exact item URLs, or leave them empty to discover current items
- The Actor collects it — the Actor reads each item page's own bid and listing data directly
- Your output — you get one row per item, with current bid, retail price and category

Tips for Best Results
- Provide exact item URLs directly when you already know which items you want.
- Re-run on a schedule to track bid changes as the auction's end time approaches.
- Default is 5 results for a fast test. Set the max to 0 to return everything available.
Known Limitations
- Automatic discovery pulls from the homepage's featured items, not every active auction on the site.
- retailPrice is only available when the seller states it in the title.
Integrations
Run it from the Apify API, on a schedule, or from a webhook. Send results straight to Google Sheets, Make, Zapier, Slack or your own database with Apify's built-in integrations.
Export Formats
Download the dataset as JSON, CSV, Excel, XML, HTML table or RSS from the Output tab or the API.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does it need a K-BID account?
No. The Actor reads K-BID's public item pages and needs no account or key.
How does automatic discovery work?
It reads K-BID's own homepage for currently listed items and scrapes each one.
Is endsAt exact?
It's estimated by adding the page's displayed time-remaining to the fetch time, so it can be off by a minute or two.
Do I need an account or login?
No. The Actor reads public data and needs no account or key.
Am I charged for failed runs or empty results?
You are only charged for results that are actually written to the dataset.
Can I run it on a schedule?
Yes. Create a Task with your input and add a schedule in Apify Console. With monitor mode on, each scheduled run returns only what changed since the previous one.
