Searches pet food products by name through the public Open Pet Food Facts API, the pet-food sibling of Open Food Facts. No login, no proxy, no browser.

Output

Notes
- Brands and categories are comma-joined strings upstream. Both the original string and a split list are returned, since the raw form is easier to read and the list is easier to filter on.
- This is a crowd-sourced database and far smaller than Open Food Facts. Many products carry a barcode and little else, so sparse rows are normal rather than a mapping failure.
- The legacy
search.plendpoint is used because it remains the reliable search surface across the Open Food Facts family of sites.
