Notes
ValueandNumericValueare different things.Valueis a display string that often embeds a confidence interval ("48.0 [46.7-49.6]") and is useless for arithmetic;NumericValueis the number. Both are returned, asdisplayValueandvalue.- Rows are disaggregated. One country-year usually appears several times,
