Measured limits (2026-10-03, local runs)
- 25 listings per page; 50 listings in 3 s, 60 in 5 s; with details about 1.5 s more per listing.
- Locations are Property Finder location ids or copied search URLs - a free-text place name cannot be
looked up (the site's location service could not be filtered by name in our tests). Each row reports its
own
locationId, and Dubai Marina is50. - Permit numbers appear on sale listings that publish them (11 of 60 in our test); rentals often have none.
- Tested without proxy from one residential IP; no bot challenge was met. A challenge is never solved: the Actor retries on a new IP, then skips the target with an error in the log.
