Scrape official UK Find a Tender procurement notices into clean structured rows for bid monitoring, supplier lead generation, public-sector sales research, competitor tracking, and market intelligence. Find a Tender is the UK service for higher-value public procurement notices, so this actor is positioned for teams that need recurring tender discovery without maintaining their own OCDS parser.

Example Input
{"keywords": ["software", "data", "cybersecurity"],"maxResults": 10,"maxPages": 5,"maxScanSeconds": 120}
Output
Rows include tender title, buyer name, description, status, procurement method, notice stage, value, currency, deadline, release date, OCID, release ID, notice URL, and raw OCDS release data. Export as JSON, CSV, Excel, or connect scheduled runs to the Apify API.
Scan Limits And Troubleshooting
Keywords are matched locally against title, description and buyer name. The official API does not provide keyword search. A keyword query reads up to 100 notices per page, stops after maxPages (default 20), and has a maxScanSeconds budget (default 120). Use a narrow updatedFrom/updatedTo window for targeted monitoring, in the API's YYYY-MM-DDTHH:MM:SS format. Supported stages are planning, tender and award; contract is not supported by the API.
The free RUN_SUMMARY in the run's key-value store records pages fetched, releases scanned, saved/billable rows, skipped duplicates/incomplete records, completion and stop reason. Diagnostics are not added to the paid Dataset. page-limit means the scan is truncated, not that no matching notice exists anywhere. source-exhausted with zero rows means no complete matching record was found in the requested source window. Required source cooldowns are respected; if they exceed the time budget, the run stops instead of retrying early. Exhausted transport retries, malformed responses and expired time budgets fail visibly, with any already saved complete rows retained.
Pricing
$3 per 1,000 complete returned notices. Each billable row has an OCID, release ID, date, title and buyer name. Repeated OCID/release-ID pairs, incomplete records and diagnostics are not billed. A later failed page does not erase earlier complete output; inspect the Dataset and free RUN_SUMMARY before retrying to avoid collecting the same rows in a separate run. Check the live Apify Pricing tab before scaling.
