📊 What you get

One record per SPAC that filed a Form 425 (business-combination communication) in the last 120 days:

• symbol, name, cik — issuer identity from SEC EDGAR
• warrant_symbol — warrant ticker when the issuer lists one
• status — Announced (a live Form 425 is direct evidence of an announced combination)
• latest_425_file_date, filing_id — the most recent 425 filing for that SPAC
• current_price, exchange — live quote from Yahoo Finance
• data_source — always sec_edgar_425

Fields that are intentionally null. A Form 425 header does not publish trust value, combination deadline, sponsor, target company or redemption rate, and this Actor does not guess them. trust_value_per_share, deadline_date, sponsor_name, target_company, target_sector, redemption_rate_pct, ipo_date, ipo_amount_usd, lead_underwriters, days_to_deadline and discount_to_trust_pct are present in the schema but are not populated. Because of that, the min_trust_usd, days_to_deadline_max and sector filters will exclude every row — leave them at their defaults.

Pricing: $0.05 per SPAC record returned (Pay-Per-Event), plus the standard Actor start event ($0.01 per GB of run memory). A run that returns no rows charges no record events.

Run outcomes

• Filings found → delivered.
• SEC answers but published no matching Form 425 filings, or your filters match nothing → the run succeeds with 0 rows and a status message explaining why. Nothing is charged.
• SEC EDGAR is throttled, blocked or unreachable → the run fails with a status message naming the cause. Nothing is charged. A Yahoo Finance outage does not fail the run; it only leaves current_price null.
