Filter FCA enforcement disclosures by notice type. 'ALL' returns everything. 'FINAL_NOTICE' = Final Notices issued under FSMA s.390 (binding sanction after firm/individual settles or RDC determines). 'DECISION_NOTICE' = Decision Notices under FSMA s.388 (RDC proposed action, may be referred to Tribunal). 'SUPERVISORY_NOTICE' = Supervisory Notices under FSMA s.395 (urgent requirements / VREQs / OIREQs). 'WARNING_NOTICE' = Warning Notices under FSMA s.387 (preliminary action, often issued anonymised). Notice type is read from the header of the FCA notice PDF itself.
Lower bound on the date the FCA issued the notice (ISO YYYY-MM-DD). Combine with date_to to build a quarterly enforcement report or 90-day trend window. Leave empty for no lower bound.
Upper bound on the date the FCA issued the notice (ISO YYYY-MM-DD). Pair with date_from to bound the window. Leave empty for no upper bound.
Case-insensitive substring match against the firm / authorised entity name. Use for counterparty monitoring (e.g. 'Barclays', 'Revolut', 'BlackRock'). Leave empty to skip.
Filter by FCA sector / regulated activity classification. 'ALL' returns everything. 'BANKING' covers banks and building societies (deposit-taking). 'INVESTMENT' covers MiFID firms, brokers, asset managers, principal trading firms. 'INSURANCE' covers insurers, intermediaries, MGAs, Lloyd's market. 'CONSUMER_CREDIT' covers consumer credit, BNPL, debt management. 'PAYMENTS' covers payment institutions, e-money, EMI, PSD2 firms. 'CRYPTO' covers cryptoasset firms registered under the MLRs. 'INDIVIDUAL' covers prohibition orders and SMR/Senior Manager actions against natural persons. Sector is derived from the notice text; notices with no clear sector signal have a null sector and are excluded when you set a sector other than ALL. 'INDIVIDUAL' covers notices addressed to a named person.
