Difference: one job_record per position across public jobs.polymer.co/{tenant} boards — title, department (section), employment type, location, and the official job link. Deduped on posting identity; empty and blocked boards are distinguished terminals.
What you get
One job_record per entity, deduplicated on the source-native id. Fields the source does not publish are honest null. A run_receipt row carries the source URL, scope, reconciliation counts, and delivered/duplicate totals.
How it behaves
Each server-rendered tenant board is fetched and its job-list-item cards parsed (section label = department; traits = type/location). A page that renders the board shell with zero job cards is a valid EMPTY board; a page that fails to render the job-list container (block/challenge) is a BLOCKED terminal, distinct from empty. Deduped on tenant+job id, bounded to maxRecords.
