US Funding Rounds — SEC Form D
Find recently funded US companies straight from official SEC EDGAR Form D filings — the public record a company files when it raises private capital. No API key, no account, and no anti-bot: a clean, legal alternative to scraping Crunchbase.
Why Form D
When a US company raises money privately (seed, venture, PE, convertible notes), it usually files a Form D with the SEC. That filing is public and names the company, the offering amount, how much was sold, the industry, the first-sale date and the executives involved. It's one of the most reliable, up-to-date signals that a company just got fresh budget.
What you get
Per funded company:
- Company name, CIK, jurisdiction and industry group
- Offering amount and amount sold (USD), amount remaining, minimum investment
- First-sale date and whether the raise is still open
- Executives named on the filing (name + role)
- Whether it's an operating company or a pooled investment fund
- Link to the SEC filing
Input
| Field | Description |
|---|---|

Pricing
Pay per use: one charge per funded company returned.
Notes
- Data comes directly from SEC EDGAR; Form D reflects what the company reported.
- SEC fair-access limits apply (~10 requests/second) — keep concurrency moderate for large pulls.
