YouTube Email Scraper — Bio, Website & Video Emails

Get the public business email of YouTube creators from four places: the channel bio, the creator's own website (contact, about and legal pages), their link-in-bio page (Linktree...) and their latest video descriptions. MX-checked, with socials, country and subscribers. Paste @handles or channel URLs, or search by keyword. $4 per 1,000 emails found. No login, no cookies, no API key.

Free tier — 10 results free on every run

The first 10 results of every run are free, on every run you ever make — not a one-off trial. One guard: the free allowance never covers more than half of a run, so the offer stays sustainable.

Measured, not promised

Test of 2026-10-17 on 59 channels from YouTube's own search (home workout, personal finance, indie game dev and vegan cooking; 10,000 to 500,000 subscribers each). The input is in our public catalogue, so you can run the same test yourself.

Where our 33 came from: channel bio 11, creator website or link page 19, video descriptions 3. The other 26 channels publish no email we can read: 17 keep it only behind YouTube's "View email address" button, the rest only offer a contact form.

What does this YouTube channel email scraper do?

For every channel you give it (or every channel YouTube's search returns for your keywords), it opens the channel's About panel and:

  1. reads the business email written in the channel description,
  2. if there is none, opens the creator's own links: their website (home, contact, about, then privacy/imprint pages, where site owners publish their email) and their link-in-bio page (Linktree...), following short links safely,
  3. if there is still none, reads the descriptions of their 5 latest videos (and their own site when it is linked only there),
  4. checks that the email's domain has a working mail server (mx_valid),
  5. adds social links (Instagram, TikTok, X, Reddit, Discord...), website links, country, exact subscribers, total views, video count and join date,
  6. tells you whether the channel also has an email hidden behind YouTube's "View email address" button (hasHiddenEmail) — so you know where a manual check is worth it.

Emails are never guessed and YouTube's protected button is never bypassed. Sponsor and affiliate links (?ref=, discount codes, shops, Steam pages) are skipped, so you get the creator's contact, not their sponsor's.

Compared with dataovercoffee/Youtube-Channel-Business-Email-Scraper

Read on the Store on 2026-10-23 (Youtube Channel Email Scraper). Where it does better, this section says so.

  • Built on the site's own data, not a resold scraper: no second Actor between you and the source.
  • Free results on every run and a hard cost cap (maxTotalChargeUsd).
  • Price: $4 per 1,000 here, $120 there.

Why use it

  1. More emails, all real. 33 of 59 channels in our dated test vs 29 for the best rival, and every email has a working mail server (see "Measured, not promised").
  2. Pay for results. $0.004 per email found + $0.0005 per channel checked. No start fee, no per-search fee. Up to 10 channels of every run are free (at most half of the run).
  3. Keywords or a list. Build a list from a niche ("home workout", "personal finance") with subscriber filters, or enrich a list of channels you already have.
  4. Verification you can filter on. emailVerification = mx_valid (domain receives mail) or published.
  5. API, n8n, Make, Zapier and MCP ready.

How to use it in 3 steps

  1. Click Try for free — two channels and one keyword are prefilled.
  2. Add your channels (URLs, @handles or UC IDs) and/or keywords. Optional: subscriber range, country, "Only output channels with an email".
  3. Click Start and download JSON, CSV or Excel.

}

Output

One row per channel. Real example (email masked):

{
"channelId": "UCBJycsmduvYEL83R_U4JriQ",
"title": "Marques Brownlee",
"handle": "@mkbhd",
"channelUrl": "https://www.youtube.com/@mkbhd",
"email": "bxxxxxxx@mkbhd.com",
"emailFoundIn": "channel_bio",
"emailSource": "https://www.youtube.com/@mkbhd",
"emailVerification": "mx_valid",
"hasHiddenEmail": true,
"subscribers": 21300000,
"country": "United States",
"totalViews": 5710211857,
"videoCount": 1854,
"joinedAt": "2008-03-21",

"websiteLinks": [],
"status": "ok"
}

emailFoundIn is channel_bio, website (site, link page or legal page) or video_description. allEmails lists every email found at that place. Channels without a public email have email: null — check hasHiddenEmail to see if YouTube holds one behind its button.

How much does it cost?

EventPrice
Channel checked$0.0005 ($0.50 per 1,000)
Email found+$0.004 ($4 per 1,000)
Start fee / search feenone

Example: 1,000 channels checked with 250 emails found = $0.50 + $1.00 = $1.50. Up to 10 channels of every run are free (at most half of the run). Paid Apify plans get lower tier prices.

Tips and limits

  • Hit rate depends on the niche: business-oriented niches publish more emails.
  • The website step reads up to 3 of the creator's links (5 pages per site at most) and one link-in-bio page. When one site carries the channel's name, other sites (usually sponsors) are skipped. Sites that block automated visits (Cloudflare challenge) are not forced.
  • Emails hidden behind YouTube's "View email address" button require a signed-in human and a CAPTCHA; this Actor does not bypass it and flags those channels with hasHiddenEmail.

FAQ

Is it legal? It reads public information that creators publish for business contact. You are responsible for how you contact them — follow the anti-spam law that applies to you (CAN-SPAM, GDPR...).

Do I need a YouTube account or API key? No.

Why is email empty while hasHiddenEmail is true? The creator only shares the email through YouTube's protected button, not publicly.

Can I get channels from one country only? Yes, set country.
