Business Email Finder & Verifier — Evidence-Backed Leads (Vigia)

Turn business data you're authorized to use into CRM-ready leads — never a guessed email, only what's actually published and MX-valid.

Most lead finders guess emails from name+domain patterns (first.last@domain) and hope they land. Vigia does the opposite: it only delivers a lead when it finds an email actually published on the company's own domain, with a valid MX record and a source URL as evidence — and you pay nothing for a candidate that doesn't qualify.

Why choose Vigia

  • No guessing, ever — competitors' pattern-based email generators produce a name that looks like an email; Vigia only delivers emails it found published, with evidence pointing to the exact source page.
  • MX-validated, honestly labelledverification_level: mx_valid means syntax + company domain + MX record are confirmed. Vigia does not claim mailbox delivery via SMTP probing (unreliable behind catch-all servers, and a burden on target mail infrastructure) and says so plainly instead of a false-confidence score.
  • Zero charge for unqualified candidates — you only pay qualified-lead for a lead that actually passes every check.
  • Aggregate signal — each run returns a lead_signal: distinct domains covered, contact-kind breakdown (role vs. named), and average confidence.
  • Fair pricing — hard maxTotalChargeUsd cap; never billed without a result.

Honest positioning

This is a verification and evidence engine, not a discovery/scraping tool — it does not find companies for you or scrape LinkedIn, Reddit, Trustpilot, or Shopify. Point it at contact-page URLs you're authorized to use, or bring your own candidate list, and it turns them into evidence-backed, CRM-ready records.

Input

  • websiteUrls — public contact-page URLs to extract and validate an email from (max 100/run).
  • candidates — bring your own candidate list (company_name, website, emails, mx_domains, source_url).
  • monitorEnabled / monitorId — persistent dedup; a lead already delivered once is never billed twice.
  • maxTotalChargeUsd — hard spend cap.

Output

One row per qualified lead: legal_name, website, business_contacts (email, kind, verification_level), confidence, evidence. Plus a RUN_SUMMARY.json with the aggregate lead_signal.

FAQ

Does this actor find companies for me? No — see Honest positioning above. Why no SMTP verification? Most SMTP checks are unreliable against catch-all/greylisted servers and can flag your sending infrastructure. Vigia's MX-only check is honestly labelled, not oversold as delivery-guaranteed. Why $0.035/lead when some competitors advertise $0.0015–$0.03? Those prices are usually for guessed emails at scale, no evidence, no per-candidate verification. Vigia charges only for leads that actually pass MX + published-source validation — you pay for qualified output, not raw guesses.
