👀 Skip Duplicate Leads

By default, duplicate leads are skipped within a single run on this Actor, but not across multiple runs.

If this is a concern for the community, we have a fix for that which allows the actor to automatically skip any lead whose ID matches one from your previous runs (even runs from other Actors).

However, we will only implement this feature if a substantial amount of our users indicate interest in the issues tab.

🚀 HOW TO START THE ACTOR

This actor requires cookies to work.

1. Get your Apollo cookies 🍪:

   • Install EditThisCookie extension for Chrome HERE or for Firefox HERE
   • Click the EditThisCookie extension in your browser toolbar while logged in to Apollo.
   • Click "Export" icon (5th from left in the extension menu).
   • Paste it into Actor's Cookies input field.
   • ✅ Make sure your Apollo session is active and logged in before exporting cookies.
     

2. Copy and paste the URL from your Apollo search results into the search URL field.

3. Enter the page number to start scraping from.

4. Enter the total number of leads you want to scrape.

Run Policy:

• Minimum Charge: Each run requires a minimum of 100 leads. If fewer than 100 are found, you’ll still be charged for 100. To avoid this, make sure you've filled in your Cookies, entered your search URL and confirmed that it returns at least 100 leads before running.

• Free Apify User Limit: Free users can extract only 1000 leads. The rate is $5/1k leads. Upgrade to paid Apify plan to unlock premium features.

• Timeout: It takes 20 mins to pull 1k leads. Configure your run limit accordingly

• Use responsibly and in compliance with Apollo's terms of service.
• Cookies may expire over time; refresh them if needed.
• Keep your daily data extraction under an ideal record based on your apollo account to ensure sustainable and reliable scraping performance.
• Run the script from the same country IP as your usual Apollo login location to ensure stable and consistent access.
• Do not scrape simultaneously with same apollo account
• Do not use free email addresses like gmail, yahoo, outlook, etc to create free apollo accounts, that will give you lots of limitations.
• If the scraper fails before scraping all leads, check the Logs for detailed report.

While the actor does its best to retrieve email addresses for each lead, some leads may not include an email due to data availability.
